Not how breath, posture, and foundation determine how safe we feel in life.

This weekend is a return to embodied intelligence – restoring communication with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body as one living system.
This Is Not About Fixing the Body
It’s About Creating the Conditions for Alignment
The body is not broken.
It is patterned.
And patterns can change when the body is given better information.
Through somatic awareness, subtle movement, and multidimensional breath, we allow the body to reorganize itself naturally — without force, willpower, or correction.

Alignment Is More Than Physical
The body holds experience.
Protection patterns show up as:
• Tension in the jaw

This is a fully experiential weekend.
You will spend much of the time:
• on the mat
• standing
• sitting
• walking
• breathing
• listening
The movements are small and precise — because subtle change reaches places force never can.

We are not training performance.
We are restoring communication.
Feet, Pelvis, Spine, Breath
Everything begins at the ground.
If the foundation is narrow, locked, or unsupported, the body compensates upward.
We restore:
• dynamic engagement through all four quadrants of the feet
• soft, responsive knees
• a balanced pelvic bowl
• an open, breathing spine
• breath that supports rather than strains structure

What do I need to bring
Yoga or exercise mat or blanket, comfortable clothing, water, extra light blanket. It is best if you have room to walk, stand and move a bit. Please bring your curiosity and willingness to listen to your body.
Do I need to be flexible or fit to participate?
No.
This work does not require flexibility, strength, or prior experience.
In fact, stiffness and tension often respond very well to this approach.
You work with your body exactly as it is.
The movements are gentle, subtle, and intelligent, yet deeply effective.
We are not forcing, stretching, or pushing the body.
Small movements create profound change when the foundation is right.
Will this help with pain or chronic tension?
Many participants experience reduced pain and tension — but outcomes vary.
This weekend is not a treatment or diagnosis.
It supports the body in reorganizing itself more efficiently, which often reduces unnecessary strain.
You are encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
Is this a one-time event or part of a larger path?
This weekend stands on its own.
Many participants choose to continue into:
ongoing embodiment work
