The body would react as if I was doing a juice cleanse, with light headaches and body aches. I gradually increased the time, and now it is amazing to have the sound in the background, sometimes for hours, especially when I am working on a project.
It takes questioning and discernment to identify what lifts and releases you from the accumulation and what keeps you stuck.
