Private Agreement
This agreement is made on 12/12/25, by and between:
the man/woman: judy koons, hereinafter judy and
the man/woman: This agreement and all interactions or transactions to which this agreement refers are within the private domain only;
This agreement regards is to recognize sovereignty of each individual.
Whereas:
judy provides services
The man/woman wishes to engage said services
Therefore:
judy will provide knowledge/experience/property/service(s) related to DAUR;
In consideration of these knowledge/experience/property/service(s) a man/woman will compensate judy in the amount of substack subscription;
The knowledge/experience/property/service(s) offered by judy as part of this agreement is his/her property; the man/woman’s use of said property is as a man/woman only, and he/she is fully responsibility for said use;
The man/woman understands that the knowledge/experience/property/service(s) shared through this agreement is with the intent to support a lifestyle of freedom and that judy is responsible for how and where to best share it; the man/woman therefore agrees not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the said property without first obtaining the written consent of judy; 
The man/woman agrees to be responsible for his/her own actions and for the consequences of how he/she applies anything he/she learns/acquires through DAUR;
The man/woman agrees to be responsible for his/her own circumstances and feelings, and for how he/she applies any guidance he/she may receive, and does agree not to attempt to make judy or anyone else he/she may encounter as part of the program/service responsible for said circumstances or feelings, or for any consequences of such application;
We agree that any claims of wrong which arise in regard to anything this agreement covers shall be governed only by law, cannot be brought to a lesser legal venue, and may be pressed only in a court of law by and between those of mankind where earnest attempts for peaceful remedy have failed;
We, enter into this agreement of our own free will; and do choose to establish this agreement between us: judy koons and the man/woman.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results.

By participating, you affirm that you are physically and mentally capable of engaging in the activities offered and assume all risks associated with participation.

Results from participation in DAUR offerings vary from person to person. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, transformations, or results. Any testimonials or examples shared are not promises or guarantees of future performance.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, downloads, course materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of DAUR or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Refund, cancellation, and payment terms are stated on the applicable sales or registration page and are binding at the time of purchase. Failure of a payment method does not relieve you of responsibility for payment of agreed charges.

7. Events, Retreats, and In-Person Experiences
Participation in retreats or in-person events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional discomfort, or travel-related risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.
DAUR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, nor for travel arrangements, accommodations, or expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you participate in community spaces (online or in person), you agree to:
Engage respectfully and responsibly
Maintain confidentiality of shared personal experiences
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
We reserve the right to remove any participant or restrict access for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.
