Follow your feet
When the noise of accumulation falls away and the masks come off, this is what we find we were always doing. To follow your feet is to live your personal alignment without effort. It is the trueness of you in the way you show up. Your feet are furthest from the thinking so can often be more authentic. So it does not always mean your literal feet because your hands, body and words can also be involved in this clean way of being.
Double Projection
To project on to something or someone and then it be reflected back to self. Somewhat like a mirror that can talk back and deliver back to you what you projected towards it in the first place.
Homeostatic reorganization
This is what nature does and since we are nature it is what is happening within us all the time. Do you heal the cut? No. The body knows how to do this. The best we can do is support the environment so this reorganizing can happen.
Freedom Process
Our vision is to be a global leader in promoting positive change and fostering a more sustainable and inclusive future. We aspire to inspire, innovate, and impact, creating a world where opportunity and prosperity are accessible to all.
Backpack Analogy
As you travel through life mentally and emotionally picking things up or adopting beliefs and thoughts from others. These then are akin to rocks placed in a backpack. Heavy and cumbersome and getting in the way of you living freely. In a word… accumulation. Imagine hundreds of pounds of rocks that you carry on your back. Now imagine setting down one rock at time until you no longer need a backpack. Freedom process can help us set down one energetic, mental or emotional rock at time.
Equanimity
When the pressure outside of self is equal to pressure inside of self. No more war and the absence of tension.
Radical Abundance (Radibun)
Abundance as natural.
Detachment
Does not mean neutral. It is the absence of meaning. You are left free to experience a person, situation, place or situation for what it is in each moment. It is unconditionally loving.
Wholistic (yes with a W)
Incorporating the concept of wholism. The whole is more than merely the sum of its parts, in theory and practice.
Bring it home
When credit/acceptance and blame/rejection are placed on another, place, thing or situation then our power is being given away. To bring it home is to own our emotions, beliefs and thoughts. 100% responsible for how we show up. Freedom is the result.
Sovereign
Having unlimited power or authority. Having independent authority and the right to govern oneself.
Coming out sideways
When we are not willing to deal with the accumulation…censoring and controlling the energy ensues. Often coming out sideways, overflowing energy moving, in the form of intense emotion and is often expressed in unhealthy ways.
Stories/Accumulation
Any meaning given to a person, place, thing or situation is story including emotion. Stories and accumulation can pile up and cloud our ability to see everything as it is, causing suffering.
Arguable/Inarguable
To communicate cleanly is often not the norm. When you are inarguable you know first what is a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’ for you. From this is to express this honestly and authentically.
Trueness
Truth is subjective. We encourage you to come back to the trueness of you. Your personal instructions that are divine, natural, and aligned.
Agenda
Is what happens when we believe we are unsafe. Controlling, victim, superiority, expert agendas become the masks we wear to protect ourselves.
