Frequently Asked Questions
What is DAUR?
DAUR is a living ecosystem devoted to sovereignty, wholeness, and embodied freedom.
We offer experiences, programs, and trainings that support individuals in realigning with their natural design – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
DAUR is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering what’s intact.
Who are DAUR offerings for?
DAUR is for individuals who:
+Feel called to live with greater clarity, presence, and alignment
+Are done chasing solutions and ready to come home to themselves
+Want grounded, embodied practices rather than abstract concepts
+Are open to personal responsibility, self-inquiry, and lived integration
Many participants are practitioners, facilitators, leaders, or simply humans ready to live more honestly and fully.
Are replays available if I can’t attend live?
For most online events and programs, yes – replays are provided unless otherwise stated.
Live presence is encouraged, but not required to receive value.
Do you offer refunds?
Because many DAUR offerings involve immediate access to content, live time, or energetic exchange, refunds are generally not offered.
That said:
If something feels misaligned, please reach out
We handle situations with care, integrity, and human consideration
Specific refund or cancellation policies are listed on individual program pages when applicable.
Is DAUR therapy, medical treatment, or coaching?
No.
DAUR offerings are educational, experiential, and self-directed.
They do not replace medical care, therapy, or professional treatment.
Participants are always encouraged to listen to their own bodies and seek appropriate professional support when needed.
Do I need prior experience to participate?
No.
All DAUR offerings are designed to meet you where you are.
Some programs build over time, while others are stand-alone immersions. Each page clearly states whether an offering is introductory, intermediate, or advanced.
If you can breathe and listen to your body, you belong here.
What is the Freedom Process?
The Freedom Process is a foundational thread that runs through much of DAUR’s work.
It is not a technique, method, or belief system.
It is a lived, embodied orientation toward presence, responsibility, and self-trust.
You’ll encounter it naturally through events, programs, and language across the site.
What is the difference between events, programs, and facilitator paths?
Events are short-form experiences (workshops, weekends, immersions)
Programs offer ongoing support and integration over weeks or months
Facilitator and Practitioner Programs are for those called to guide, hold space, or transmit this work in the world
Each of these paths is clearly described so you can choose what aligns now.
How do I know which offering is right for me?
If you feel drawn, that’s information.
If you’re unsure:
Read the page slowly
Notice your body’s response
Reach out via email if you need clarity
There is no pressure to choose quickly or “get it right.”
Is DAUR a community?
Yes.
While some offerings are stand-alone, DAUR is ultimately a living field — a place of shared remembering, responsibility, and return to center. A movement.
Participation looks different for everyone.
Why are most DAUR offerings donation-based?
DAUR offers many experiences by donation because we honor sovereignty, access, and natural reciprocity.
Rather than placing value on the work, we invite participants to feel into the value within the experience and respond from integrity.
Donation-based offerings:
-Support accessibility without diminishing depth
-Encourage personal responsibility rather than obligation
-Reflect our belief that what is freely given from detachment is often received most fully even if exchanged
Suggested contribution ranges are offered to support sustainability while respecting individual circumstance.
This model is not about paying less.
It’s about participating consciously.
