Unraveling Addiction- Revealing Freedom April 21st, 2026 11am MT start on Tuesday

Have you been caught in thought loops and patterned behaviors and felt that there is no way out?  How many times have you approached them with force, suppression, intensity, or resistance, only to have the cycle repeat itself again? 
In this 10 week exploration together, we will not approach addiction as something to treat or effort our way out of.  Each week, we dive deeper to bring awareness to what is underneath the impulses and explore what happens before the impulse, what sensation is present, what thought attaches to it and what meaning is assigned.

You don’t have to manage this forever. There’s something deeper happening, and once you see it-you can’t unsee it.  Within the shadow of addiction is freedom- are you ready to reveal it?
